Rules
1. Respect! Be respectful of your fellow players. This is pretty straightforward.
2. IC =/= OOC. Keep the IC things IC and the OOC things OOC. For example, don't threaten Sue's player if Sue kills Sally who is your character's love interest. That's bad. Also, as another example, don't get angry at the player if ICly Betty doesn't trust Bill and says mean things about him.
3. There is a character cap. That cap is 25, and the cast cap is three per canon. One character per player, as of right now. If this changes, this will be updated to reflect that.
4. Be relatively active! Really, while there's no AC, we can't keep this up unless you do things. So try to at least have your character do things. If you need to bow out, just let us know.
5. Murder! While the PSL will run largely on volunteers, so that things don't stagnate and we're not seeing endgame in about a year, there will be death rolls when there aren't enough volunteers. Basically, we'll prioritize volunteers, but there's an off-chance you might get death-rolled because of a lack of them. We will always, however, prioritize volunteers and you get one opt-out. After that, you can only reschedule to, like, the next week.
6. Spoilers! Please mark them clearly, especially on newer things.
7. Secrets, secrets, secrets. While you don't have to, it's a bit more fun to be secretive about if your character is about to die or murder someone.
8. Serious issues treated seriously. There's a zero-tolerance policy on this. It's one thing to be IC, but you treating something sensitive like a joke is something altogether. Don't treat things that are serious real life issues as jokes. If your character ICly would, that's what opt-outs for that kind of stuff is for. Sensitive content is the kind of stuff we'll trigger warn for regardless of squicks and triggers, so stuff like rape, pedophilia, incest, abuse, etc.
